We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account. You are eligible for a REFUND or EXCHANGE, which are subject to the following terms:
Products purchased from the Physical Stores can be returned. All Items are eligible for return, exempt the products that are: Digital items
REFUND POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must return the goods within 30 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
EXCHANGE POLICY
The product can be exchanged for a different size or colour, provided that the variation is available. Customers can exchange items within 30 days. Exchanges exceeding 30 days will not be processed.
To be eligible for exchanges, make sure that the following conditions are met:

You are required to ship the product back for inspection and replacement.
Your exchange product will be processed once you've received the items and the conditions are confirmed.
You are entitled to exchange the item once. Provided that all conditions in the Exchange Policy are met.
